U-Pack - Self-Service Reservation
As a UX and UI designer, I created screens for the quote, edit, reserve and manage flows for U-Pack.com while working in an agile sprint.
The Problem
Moving can be stressful and customers may struggle with finding the support they need while planning their move. How can U-Pack increase digital self service and bring together tools and services to give customers the best long-distance moving experience on their robust reservation and move management platform?
The Solution
Make the U-Pack customer journey as seamless and connected as possible by simplifying the process to reserve, manage move and self-service through an intuitive, easy-to-use, mobile friendly website. With SEO and high-performance content strategy in mind, we created components in Drupal to help content authors promote to and educate prospective customers, as well as e-commerce applications to optimize sales and service of moving options.
