Sam’s Club has created a presence on the web and throughout various social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram with their primary goals of increasing customer engagement, new member acquisition and current club member renewals.

Creating Customer Engagement

Our team has developed creative ways of promoting what makes being a club member worth it, from sweepstakes landing pages and social media winner announcements, to high-impact banner ads, and in-store banners and kiosk displays. Utilizing the latest and greatest technology to create the best experiences, we have even created a Facebook Messenger “gift-genie” chat bot and concierge service, as well seasonal Snapchat Geofilters to surprise and delight Sam’s Club members.
